Job Type/Salary

We are hiring for a Full Time position on the Night Shift (8:00 pm - 8:00 am) in Lawton, Oklahoma. Annual salary options vary based on RN level:

  • RN Level III (Inpatient): $76,500/year or $36.78/hour
  • RN Level II (Inpatient): $72,500/year or $34.86/hour
  • RN Level I (Inpatient): $70,000/year or $33.65/hour

The outpatient rates are also provided:

  • RN Level III (Outpatient): $71,500/year or $34.37/hour
  • RN Level II (Outpatient): $67,500/year or $32.45/hour
  • RN Level I (Outpatient): $65,000/year or $31.25/hour

Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA) status: Non-Exempt.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide high-quality, trauma-sensitive, person-centered, and recovery-oriented care to those in crisis. As part of our team, you will be responsible for offering direct or indirect nursing services, including:

  • Conducting nursing assessments and evaluations
  • Creating and executing individualized care plans
  • Providing health education and case management
  • Administering prescribed medications and treatments
  • Ensuring the effective delivery of crisis services in alignment with state laws

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and skilled nursing care to individuals in crisis. This includes conducting nursing assessments, creating and executing care plans, providing health education, managing cases, administering medications, and ensuring compliance with state laws.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse Level III – Bachelor’s in Nursing and possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or Registered Nurse License recognized by the eNLC and one year of professional nursing experience OR Associate in Nursing and two years of professional nursing experience
  • Registered Nurse Level II – Bachelor’s in Nursing and possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or Registered Nurse License recognized by the eNLC OR Associate in Nursing and one year of professional nursing experience
  • Registered Nurse Level I – Associate in Nursing and possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or Registered Nurse License recognized by the eNLC. Unrestricted Oklahoma RN licensure.

Pre-Employment and Pre-Placement Testing
