About the role
Work location: 4400 Long Prairie Rd., Flower Mound, TX 75028. Work hours: Full time, Nights. Responsibilities
As a nurse, you will focus on responding to others' priorities regarding safety, physical and psychological needs while paying close attention to maintenance of comfort and human emotion during health and illness, while providing safe patient care.
Requirements
- 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program (Required)
- 1 year of NICU experience (highly preferred)
- RN – Registered Nurse upon hire (Required)
- BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly (Required)
- NRP – Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program (90 Days Required)
- NRPA – Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (90 Days Required)
- STABLE Program (90 Days Required)
- CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (Maintained Annually, 90 Days Required)
Qualifications
- Nursing Diploma (Required) OR Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required) OR Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
