About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) at GSS NE Albion is responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with inter-disciplinary colleagues, and coordinating care.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide care
• Collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Plan, implement, and evaluate care
• Assess residents in all phases of care
• Coordinate care and educate residents
• Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel
• Ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care
• Resolve care and service concerns

Requirements

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
• Maintain required department specific competencies and certifications

• $5,000 sign-on bonus available
