RN (Registered Nurse) FT Endoscopy Team Lead

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) performs the functions of assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care for the assigned patients on the unit during a shift. The RN is responsible for meeting the Standards of Practice, which includes managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment on the unit, and for the promoting collaboration with all members of the health care team.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient’s condition and develops a plan of care in accordance with the Standards of Practice.
• Implements the plan of care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of the plan of care and makes adjustments as necessary.
• Maintains a safe and effective work environment by managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment on the unit.
• Promotes collaboration with all members of the health care team.
• Participates in call rotation during the week and every fourth weekend.

Requirements

• Unrestricted AL or Multistate RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• 2 Years Endoscopy experience required for Team Lead position.

Pay

$10,000 Sign On bonus with 2 years Endoscopy RN experience.

Schedule

Full time RN job - 6:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday with call rotation during the week and every fourth weekend.
