About the Role
The inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) assesses patient health problems and needs, develops and implements nursing care plans, and maintains medical records. The RN administers nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients, advises on health maintenance and disease prevention, and maintains accurate, detailed reports and records. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring for reactions and side effects, and tracking symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
$10,000 sign-on bonus eligible to those who qualify.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and reports.
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
- Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
Requirements
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by the state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required prior to the end of the orientation period).

Pay
Eligibility for shift differential pay ($2.00/hour for evening shift) based on company policy or union contract.
Schedule
- Hours: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
- Every third weekend required.
