About the role

BAYADA offers skilled, one-on-one care to clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of acuity and clinical needs. Our nurses support clients in the home, building meaningful relationships while delivering personalized, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, one-on-one care to clients in their homes
• Build strong, meaningful relationships with clients and families
• Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for care delivery
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document care provided accurately and timely using Statewise electronic charting system
• Receive 24/7 clinical support when needed
• Work flexible schedules to accommodate client needs

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Experience in home health care or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug screening
• Pass a criminal history check

Pay

$35–$38/hour in Indiana

Schedule

Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum four shifts/month) Daytime and Overnight Shifts 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts No Weekend Requirement
