Registered Nurse RN - DAY SHIFT

About the role

Join our 20-bed psychiatric hospital serving geriatric patients with mental health needs such as cognitive illnesses. Located next to NHC HealthCare Maryland Heights, we provide care in a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes to providers
• Administer and document medications accurately
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards
• Use universal precautions and support de-escalation protocols

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in Missouri
• Preferred: 1 year of nursing experience in a behavioral or geriatric setting
• CPR/BLS required
