RN, Registered Nurse | Clinic Float Pool
Primary Location: La Crosse, WI
Secondary Locations: Onalaska and regional clinics (travel tailored to home location whenever possible)
FTE: Full-time; 0.9 (72 hours per two weeks)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | No weekends, holidays, or on-call obligations
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care for diverse ambulatory patient populations
- Help ensure patients receive exceptional care through phone triage, MyChart communication, medication refills, and occasional procedures
- Adept to daily department assignments based on organizational needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- RN license to practice in Wisconsin upon hire
- RN license to practice in Minnesota and Iowa within 3 months of hire
- PREFERRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- PREFERRED: 6+ months of previous nursing experience
