Registered Nurse | RN- Float Pool
Tiffany Springs Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will ensure the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction. Your responsibilities will align with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act.
You will also oversee resident care and direct nursing activities during your assigned shift, including staff assignments, mentoring, and educating nursing personnel, as well as collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care in accordance with standards of practice and regulations.
- Achieve positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
- Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act.
- Oversee resident care and direct nursing activities during assigned shifts.
- Assign, mentor, and educate nursing staff.
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals.
Requirements
- Active and in good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Prior experience as an RN in a long-term care (LTC), skilled nursing facility (SNF), assisted living (AL), or memory care (MC) setting preferred.
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Passion for working with seniors.
- Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
