Your Role
In the heart of our mission, our RNs play a vital role in overseeing and delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. The Stellar way is characterized by compassion, professionalism, clinical excellence, and respect for the dignity and privacy of our cherished residents.
- Provide direct and supervisory nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop/update care plans
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes with clinical judgment
- Supervise, guide, and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and assessment skills
- Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively both as a team and independently
- Leadership skills with a supportive and collaborative approach
- A genuine love for seniors and commitment to quality care
