Your Role

In the heart of our mission, our RNs play a vital role in overseeing and delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. The Stellar way is characterized by compassion, professionalism, clinical excellence, and respect for the dignity and privacy of our cherished residents.

  • Provide direct and supervisory nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and develop/update care plans
  • Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes with clinical judgment
  • Supervise, guide, and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Strong clinical, critical thinking, and assessment skills
  • Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively both as a team and independently
  • Leadership skills with a supportive and collaborative approach
  • A genuine love for seniors and commitment to quality care
