Clinical Responsibilities

  • Transcribe physician orders with 100% fidelity to the care plan and manage complex medication administration via MARs.
  • Act as the primary liaison with pharmacy partners to ensure the seamless delivery of new orders and treatment changes.
  • Collaborate with a high-functioning team of MDs, therapists, and nursing leadership to execute comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Serve as a dedicated clinical resource, ensuring every resident receives the "Complete Care" standard of dignity and medical excellence.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Wisconsin.
