RN (Registered Nurse)

About the role

Nazareth Home is a nonprofit long-term care and recovery community founded by the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth. The role involves providing high-quality, hands-on nursing care in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting with a low nurse-to-resident ratio.

Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments and provide skilled nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor resident conditions
• Maintain IV/PICC lines and complete accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as assigned
• Respond to changes in condition and medical emergencies

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing
• Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a registered nurse
• Current CPR certification

Pay

$35.00 per hour

Schedule

• Clifton - Nights 6:30pm - 7:00am part time
• Clifton - RN - WOW 6:30pm - 7:00am full time
• Clifton - RN Supervisor – 6:30pm - 7:00am part time
• Clifton - Desk Nurse - 6:30am - 3:00pm full time
• Highlands - RN House Supervisor - 12-hour nights WOW
• Highlands - PRN
