Job Summary
BAYADA Home Care is seeking Registered Nurses to join their Kauai team in Kapa'a, Hawaii. Providing 1:1 direct patient care in the comfort of clients' homes, starting pay is $40/hour.
About the Role
We offer flexible scheduling and short commute times, allowing you to choose your shifts. You will have the opportunity to explore various aspects of your nursing skills while caring for people of all ages and diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, one-on-one care in client's homes
- Provide care to individuals of all ages and diagnoses
- Work in flexible shifts including 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Hawaii
- Experience in home health care preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved nursing program
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam
