About the role

Responsible for overseeing nursing operations in designated regions, ensuring patient care standards are met. Manage staff, coordinate with healthcare providers, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations in assigned regions
• Manage and mentor nursing staff
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and other departments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Current RN license in applicable state(s)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant nursing experience
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience in regional management or similar roles
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
