About the role

Responsible for the clinical operations, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and patient care quality across multiple assigned ambulatory or clinic-based practices. Ensures standardized workflows, safe and efficient care delivery, and alignment with organizational policies and clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Translates organizational priorities into consistent front line execution
• Serves as the primary escalation point for operational and clinical issues within assigned region
• Focuses on execution, consistency, and performance optimization in assigned ambulatory practices
