About the role
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients based on nursing standards and theoretical concepts. Work within the regional footprint of multiple facilities, providing care across diverse units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, and specialized units like CVICU and Burn ICU.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient care
- Strengthen clinical assessment skills
- Adapt to dynamic healthcare environments
Requirements
- Nursing degree from an accredited program
- Current RN licensure
- Recent bedside experience: minimum one year for Med/Surg, two years for other specialties
- Certifications: BLS (required); NRP (if applicable)

- Standing, bending, and lifting (up to 50 pounds)
