About the Role

This position is for an experienced Registered Nurse in a Regional Float Pool, providing individualized adult/geriatric patient care across multiple hospital units and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on standards and theoretical concepts.
• Float across diverse units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, and more, serving at least three facilities within the region.
• Collaborate with care teams to enhance clinical assessment skills and adapt to dynamic working environments.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year (Med/Surg) or 2 years (specialties) recent bedside experience.
• BLS certification required; NRP preferred for Women's Health.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients up to 50 pounds.
