RN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Nights - Mercy Southeast and SurroundingCommunities

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on standards and theoretical concepts.
• Float to various units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, and more, across multiple facilities within the region.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN licensure, with a minimum of one year bedside RN experience for Med/Surg and two years for specialized units.
• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP depending on unit.
