About the Role

A Registered Nurse position in a regional float pool, delivering individualized adult and geriatric care across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on established standards and clinical judgment.
• Float to diverse units, including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to various patient needs.
• Provide safe, compassionate care in different units and facilities.
• Maintain required licensure and certifications.
• Work night shifts as needed.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure.
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent bedside experience (varies by specialty).
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Epic experience preferred.
