About the role

Provide individualized nursing care to adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities within a regional hospital network. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with nursing standards, utilizing theoretical knowledge for clinical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with diverse care teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Adapt to various units, including Med/Surg, Telemetry, and ICU.
• Work night shifts as required.

Requirements

• At least one year of recent bedside Med/Surg experience (two years for specialty units like ICU).
• Current RN licensure and certifications such as BLS and ACLS.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Physical ability to perform duties involving patient mobility and lifting.
