About the Role
Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in a Regional Float Pool, providing individualized adult/geriatric care across multiple facilities within a regional footprint.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on nursing standards.
- Collaborate with diverse care teams across various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU.
- Serve at least three different facilities, including hospitals in the region.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure.
- One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU and other specialties.
- Certifications: BLS required for all; ACLS for critical care.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform patient care duties.
