About the role
The Regional Resource RN provides individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, using theoretical knowledge to inform practice. They will float across multiple facilities within the region, supporting diverse patient populations in emergency departments.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Collaborating with care teams
- Maintaining current licensure and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and others within 90 days
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recent Emergency Department RN experience
- PREFERRED: Epic system knowledge
Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited program
- Current RN license
- Relevant certifications
Skills
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and patient handling
