Regional Float Pool Status: Full Time
Shift: Nights
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Minimum 3 years Emergency Department RN experience, with six months within the last year preferred.
- BLS certified, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, MANDT within 90 days of hire required.
- Preferred: BSN.
- Licensure: Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed.
Physical Requirements/Demands
- Stand/Walk most of the time on duty.
- Significant amount of bending and stooping.
- Lifting and turning patients with assistance.
- Push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds.
Incentives
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract Base Pay (Determined by Experience)
- Regional Float Pool Differential: $15.00 + $2.75/Evenings, $4.60/Nights, $1.50/Weekends
- Stay Premium Program: Up to $8/hour based on years of Mercy service
