RN Quality Patient Safety and Quality
Qualifications
- Current Louisiana RN License
- 2+ years of nursing experience in the applicable service line
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Specialty certification (or willingness to obtain within an agreed timeframe)
- ADN, BSN, or Master's degree in a healthcare-related field
Preferred Experience
- In quality improvement, accreditation, regulatory compliance, or clinical education
- Experience with performance improvement methodologies, simulation, Cerner, and e-learning platforms

About the Role
Lead and support quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives across the service line. Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement evidence-based best practices. Collect, analyze, and report data to drive decision-making and ensure compliance. Design and facilitate educational programs and interdisciplinary improvement activities. Collaborate with leaders, providers, and team members to achieve quality and patient safety goals. Serve as a resource and mentor for staff on quality, safety, and professional standards.
