Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse at Intersect Healthcare of Cedar Springs, you will provide personalized care to our residents, utilizing your expertise to promote their physical, mental, and psychological well-being. Responsibilities
- Observe and evaluate residents on your assigned unit, documenting current medications and treatments
- Identify resident problems and emergency situations, initiating immediate "lifesaving" measures in the absence of a physician
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents and provide clinical supervision of care staff assigned on your unit
- Perform and document comprehensive assessments on each assigned resident, developing care plans and driving positive outcomes
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered, state registered nurse license
- CPR certification
- A can-do/will-do attitude to help others
