About the role
This full-time Quality Coordinator position supports performance improvement initiatives in a 124-bed acute care hospital.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate performance improvement programs
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Monitor compliance with CMS Core measures and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards
- Support nursing leadership with audit tools and compliance efforts
- Collaborate with medical and nursing staff on quality initiatives
Requirements
- Current RN license in Nevada
- Three to five years of clinical experience
- Performance Improvement (PI) or Quality Assurance (QA) experience preferred
