About the role
The Quality Coordinator plays a key role in supporting performance improvement initiatives within a 124-bed acute care hospital.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate performance improvement programs
- Analyze data to support quality initiatives
- Ensure compliance with standards such as CMS Core measures and The Joint Commission (TJC)
- Assist nursing leadership in creating compliance tools and conducting audits
- Provide resources and support to staff and medical personnel
Requirements
- Current RN license in Nevada
- Three to five years of clinical experience
- Preferred background in Performance Improvement (PI) or Quality Assurance (QA)
