RN - Progressive Care Unit (PRN)

About the role

We are seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in critical settings, performing comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Gather holistic patient data from multiple sources
• Analyze data to determine diagnoses
• Collaborate with patients, families, and teams to set outcomes
• Create and execute care strategies using clinical judgment
• Ensure a safe environment and communicate effectively
• Apply evidence-based practices and maintain current knowledge
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in the respective state
• Valid BLS and ACLS or equivalent certifications
• Valid professional licenses and certifications per state, with specific credentials depending on location

• Frequent lifting
• Sitting, reaching, and visual and auditory acuity
