What You Will Do

• Assess patient condition during admission and shifts, identifying and reporting any changes.
• Perform procedures or other tasks as directed by medical providers.
• Document care in the patient medical record promptly and comprehensively.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in cardiac and medical-surgical patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Nevada.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Pass a Critical Care Test/Rhythm interpretation examination.
• CCRN certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in acute care hospitals, specifically in IMC/Progressive Care/Step Down settings.
