About the Role

Provide expert nursing care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) within a complex, technologically advanced environment, utilizing the nursing process to deliver top-of-scope patient care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes, prioritize evidence-based practice and patient wellness, and mentor new healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care aligned with evidence-based standards and clinical models.
• Support clinical education and competency validation through mentorship and precepting.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality at the point of care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with valid RN licensure.
• Minimum of 6 months ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.
• ACLS and BLS certifications through recognized organizations, with BLS valid through sixty days of hire.
