RN - Program Coordinator - Trauma Services - Kings Hwy

Job Duties

• Manages implementation timelines, ongoing clinical and technical support, and development of site-specific education and improvement strategies.
• Conducts system and process reviews on targeted operational and service functions to validate or recommend implementation opportunities to improve productivity, customer service and/or quality of operations.
• Serves as a liaison to regulatory agencies and community partners and participates in meetings, conferences, in-services, as required.
• Serves as a team lead.
• Chairs committees as assigned.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse Diploma
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• 1 year supervisory experience
• Certifications Required: Current RN License in the state of practice, Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association

Qualifications

• Education Required: Registered Nurse Diploma Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Work Experience Required: 5 Years Nursing Experience

• Computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information.
• Proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard.
