RN (PRN-Level 2) → "Registered Nurse (PRN)"

Summary: This role involves providing high-quality, holistic nursing care in a specialized unit focused on renal and dialysis patients, telemetry monitoring, and advanced procedures. Responsibilities: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver expert care, utilizing skills in dialysis procedures (hemodialysis, CCPD, CAPD), telemetry, and patient monitoring. Maintain manageable workloads with a 4:1 patient ratio, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and interactions. Support patients and families based on the nursing process, under the guidance of charge nurses and nurse directors. Qualifications & Skills: Preferred one year of medical/surgical nursing experience; current RN license in Missouri; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; and within one year, ACLS certification. Education requirements include an associate degree in nursing, with a preference for a bachelor's degree. Basic computer skills are also necessary.
