Registered Nurse - ER (PRN) → Registered Nurse - ER (PRN)

Role: Experienced ER Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering patient care using the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability, evaluating care effectiveness, and coordinating with other departments. Responsibilities: Maintain patient rights and confidentiality, perform duties aligned with organizational mission and standards, and assess patient needs to provide effective care. Assist in evaluating the care provided by colleagues and ensure seamless patient care coordination. Qualifications: Must have a nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), current RN licensure, and at least 1 year of ER experience. Certifications in BLS are required, with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or others based on unit needs. Ability to work with staffing ratios of 3:1 or 4:1 on high acuity cases. Key Duties: Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity ER environment, manage complex cases such as major burns and neurosurgery transfers, and ensure adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.
