Role: An experienced Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing patient care using the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability, and evaluating care effectiveness. Responsibilities: Coordinate patient care across departments, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and perform duties aligned with organizational standards and values. Supervise and assess the care provided by other caregivers. Qualifications Graduate of a nursing school with an Associate's, Diploma, or BSN degree.Current RN license for the state or authorized licensure for practice.Minimum of 1 year ER experience.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, or others may be required based on department needs. Key Skills & Requirements Ability to work in high-acuity settings with staffing ratios of 3:1 or 4:1 as needed.Handle complex cases, with transfers limited to specific severe cases like major burns or neurosurgery.Maintain compliance with licensure and certification standards.
