About the role
Providing one-on-one pediatric nursing care in patients' homes, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care based on individual needs and goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and adjust care plans in collaboration with prescribers.
- Implement therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
- Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and report to physicians or supervisors.
- Administer medications and treatments and assess their effectiveness.
- Review care protocols to identify education, care coordination, and discharge planning needs.
Requirements
- Current RN license for the practicing state.
- Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Preferred at least one year of RN experience.
