RN - Private Duty

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing one-on-one home care for pediatric patients with G-tube, Trach, and Vent needs. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.Perform focused interviews to identify patient needs.Monitor signs of physiological and psychosocial changes.Collect, analyze, and document health data and diagnoses.Perform additional RN or LPN duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Current Nursing License in the practicing state.Valid Health Certificate, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS card.Preferred: at least one year of RN or LPN experience. Key Duties: Provide specialized patient care, conduct assessments, and document health status in a home setting for pediatric patients requiring complex medical assistance.
