About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) providing one-on-one home care for pediatric patients with G-tube, Trach, and Vent needs.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Perform focused interviews to identify patient needs.
- Monitor signs of physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and document health data and diagnoses.
- Perform additional RN or LPN duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current Nursing License in the practicing state.
- Valid Health Certificate, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS card.
- Preferred: at least one year of RN or LPN experience.
Key Duties
- Provide specialized patient care, conduct assessments, and document health status in a home setting for pediatric patients requiring complex medical assistance.
