About the role
We are seeking a registered nurse (RN) with a passion for home care to join a Skilled Nursing team.
Responsibilities
- Travel to clients' homes and provide personalized care based on doctors' orders
- Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Ensure high-quality, compassionate care for clients of all ages and acuity levels
- Adhere to care plans, ensuring excellence and compassion in home healthcare delivery
Requirements
- Valid U.S. nursing license
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
