The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for a group of patients, utilizing the nursing process, technology, and resources within the institution's philosophy. Responsibilities Include Performing unit-specific duties and implementing procedures aligned with practice standards.Maintaining accurate documentation of nursing care to ensure effective communication within the healthcare team.Conducting initial patient assessments and developing personalized care plans based on patient and family needs.Implementing and adjusting care plans through nursing interventions and continuous evaluation.Ensuring safety by reporting hazards and incidents, and promoting safe practices.Communicating effectively with colleagues, offering feedback, and supporting professional development.Fulfilling departmental competency requirements. Qualifications And Skills Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure.ACLS certification within one year, BLS certification within 30 days.Diploma in Nursing or equivalent education.Strong communication, clinical judgment, and safety awareness.
