Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse is accountable for the management of patient care during a designated timeframe. Responsibilities include:
- Coordination and evaluation of care
- Teaching and delegation of patient activities to other health care team members
- Therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, and the environment
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing required
- BSN degree preferred or must agree in writing to obtain a BSN within five years
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan required
- BLS certification required
- Previous critical care experience preferred
- Computer proficiency and excellent customer service skills
