About the Role
The Registered Nurse manages all aspects of the nursing process and the delivery of patient and family centered care. The Registered Nurse has the responsibility and authority to request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts necessary to manage and deliver quality, cost-effective patient care.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required; bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred. This role does not accept experience in lieu of a degree.
Licenses and Credentials: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
Experience: BLS required, ACLS preferred. 3+ years of IV and PICC experience (3-5 years preferred).
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to perform essential nursing duties within the scope of practice.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served.
- Certifications in CPR, PALS, ACLS, and BLS may be required for specific patient care units; training provided for those transitioning into new areas.

Pay
Pay Range: $39.27 - $94.69/Hourly (Grade RN1450). Base pay is determined by skills, relevant experience, education, certifications, and other factors. Total compensation includes competitive base pay, comprehensive benefits, career advancement opportunities, differentials, premiums, bonuses, and recognition programs.
