About the Role
The Registered Nurse manages all aspects of the nursing process and the delivery of patient and family centered care. The Registered Nurse has the responsibility and authority to request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts necessary to manage and deliver quality, cost-effective patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform essential duties within the scope of nursing to provide care appropriate to the age of patients serviced.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary for patient care in assigned department.
- Request and utilize resources, support systems, and clinical experts as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required; bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- 3+ years of IV and PICC experience (3-5 years preferred).
- Certifications in CPR, PALS, ACLS, and BLS may be required for specific patient care units.

This is a hybrid role based at 81 Highland Avenue.

Pay
Hourly pay range: $39.27 - $94.69
Base pay is determined by skills, relevant experience, education, certifications, and other factors. Additional compensation may include differentials, premiums, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
