As a key member of the healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
• Provide compassionate and effective patient care
• Document patient interactions and progress accurately and timely
• Participate in ongoing professional development and education

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of MN
• At least one year of relevant clinical nursing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience in acute care settings preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Flexible scheduling is available based on department needs.
