Job Description

PART TIME POSITION, EVERY OTHER WEEKEND.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a resource for the nursing staff, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal resident care.
• Supports nurses in clinical assessments and documentation of services rendered.
• Affords assistance with scheduling and ensures adequate staffing coverage.
• Acts as family liaison.

Requirements

• Must have RN license in good standing in Illinois
• 4-5 years leadership experience in the nursing field
• Long term care experience preferred
• BSN preferred
• Must possess excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills
• Strong computer skills are essential
