Responsibilities
- Train and supervise Care Professionals to ensure exceptional client care
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing client reassessments
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Perform quality assurance visits and documentation reviews
- Maintain compliance with Home Instead, federal, state, and local standards
- Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff to ensure positive outcomes
- Serve as a clinical resource for the Home Instead team
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current North Carolina RN license in good standing
- Minimum of three years of home care experience
- Previous geriatric care and caregiver training experience preferred
- Excellent communication, documentation, and active listening skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
