Responsibilities

  • Train and supervise Care Professionals to ensure exceptional client care
  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing client reassessments
  • Develop and update individualized care plans
  • Perform quality assurance visits and documentation reviews
  • Maintain compliance with Home Instead, federal, state, and local standards
  • Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff to ensure positive outcomes
  • Serve as a clinical resource for the Home Instead team

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current North Carolina RN license in good standing
  • Minimum of three years of home care experience
  • Previous geriatric care and caregiver training experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and active listening skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
