RN - PM Supervisor – Full time

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse PM Supervisor position at Smith Crossing is a full-time, every other weekend role offering a starting pay of $42 (commensurate with experience) and a $2 differential per shift on weekends. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is also provided.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a resource for the nursing staff, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal resident care.
• Supports nurses in clinical assessments and documentation of services rendered.
• Aids in scheduling and ensures adequate staffing coverage.
• Acts as a family liaison.
• Works shifts from 2:30 to 10:30 pm.

Requirements

• Must have an RN/LPN license in good standing in Illinois.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience in the nursing field.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Preferred BSN degree.
• Must possess excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Essential strong computer skills.
