RN Pediatrics

About the role

Perform direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act, with emphasis on nursing process / outcomes for the Pediatric Service Line.

Position Hours are 6:45 PM-7:15 AM.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
• BSN required within 24 months of hire into RN position if hired after 6/1/12
• Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider
• PALS required within 6 months of hire or transfer, effective 1/1/2014
• Minimum of one-year experience in acute care hospital within the last three years, required
• Experience in pediatrics is Required
