About the role

Registered Nurse (RN) providing one‑on‑one care for a patient in the home setting. Location: Round Lake. Patient acuity includes G‑tube and TPN support.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Performs other Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current Nursing License in the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X‑Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.

Pay

$38.00 – $42.50 per hour.

Days: Monday 7am‑5pm; Tuesday 7am‑7pm;
