RN Pediatric Nurse Manager

About the role

BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager for their North Brunswick, NJ office. This office provides best-in-class care to pediatric clients and families throughout Middlesex County.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and support nurses to deliver exceptional pediatric home care
• Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Middlesex County
• Develop, review, and oversee individualized care plans
• Provide clinical oversight and support for RNs and LPNs in the field
• Facilitate orientation for newly hired staff
• Complete skills validations and competency assessments for new and tenured employees
• Partner with office leadership to support quality, compliance, and continuity of care

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Home care experience is a plus
• Trach and vent experience is a plus
• Passion for pediatric care and supporting clinical teams

• Knowledge of home healthcare regulations and standards

Pay

Starting at $90,000 annually and up, based on experience

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time role: exempt
• Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am- 5:00pm (flexibility for occasional extended hours)
• Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement
• Participation in on-call rotation as needed
