Clinical Manager (RN) – Pediatric Home Care BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pittsburgh, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pediatric RN to take the next step in their career by combining hands-on clinical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and staff development. As a Clinical Manager, you will play a key role in supporting pediatric clients and their families while leading and developing a team of dedicated field nurses. Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional pediatric care
• Conduct in-home client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Pittsburgh and surrounding areas
• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to field nursing staff
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses
• Participate in the training, mentoring, and development of new and tenured nurses
• Coordinate and provide ongoing in-services and education for field staff
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families
• Support quality care delivery and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• Hands-on pediatric nursing experience required
• Recent bedside nursing experience required
• Home care or home health experience preferred
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred, or a willingness to learn
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area as needed
