Minimum salary: $152,083.90
Maximum salary: $214,706.69
Responsibilities
- Champion and direct workflows across high-impact specialty areas, including the PICU and ECMO.

- Optimize Operations & Resources: Collaborate directly with physicians and executive leadership to streamline operations, manage budgets efficiently, and ensure seamless resource utilization.
- Be a Catalyst for Growth: Act as a strategic problem-solver, removing operational obstacles to achieve peak clinical quality, financial health, and unparalleled service excellence.
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted); Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
- Work Experience: 5 years of experience required; 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
